Last month we gave you a teaser of one of Zendesk’s new features. Now we’re back to give you the full trailer. As we kick off a new year we are working on new ways to improve ourselves and Zendesk is no stranger in finding new ways to constantly improve their services for both clients and consumers.
1. Macro Response Suggestion
The first amazing change is that while responding to a customer either through email or live chat, depending on their issue, the system will suggest useful pre-written responses for the agent to help them solve the customer’s issue in record time.
2. Enhanced Free Trial Guide
Now, as some of you may know, Zendesk allows you to try a few of their features with a 14-day trial. Well, they have done a lot to ensure that you get the most out of your trial period with Zendesk Support Suite. When you sign up for your free trial:
- You are now provided articles and demo videos for some of the most popular setup features when preparing to solve customer issues, along with more access to the reporting & analytics features which help you view account activity and make smarter decisions about where to focus resources.
- One of these new videos was released just this month and it shows you how to use the Marketplace Apps and integrations so you can further utilize Zendesk’s capabilities and features right out of the box.
- A new addition to the trial also encourages you to get immersed in the reporting and analytics program Explore, where you are able to view account activities, so that you can make more well thought out decisions about your support activities from a high-level.

3. Agent WorkSpace Touch
With that said, the last feature we’ll touch on is a change made to the Agent’s workspace, allowing the admin to resize the context panel (this includes things like customer’s account details, help articles, & 3rd party apps) so each agent is able to customize to their liking making them as efficient as possible. And just as we are starting the new year, Zendesk has only just begun to show you what they have in store for 2022.
