Our History

A Gratton’s Edge Inc, the birth child of Aldith M. Gratton, was developed after spending over a decade in customer service management and perceiving a need for improvement in delivering the service.

Her idea was to not just sell a product/service but also to consolidate every aspect of brand building, and to cultivate a seamless plan for a growing business.

Being a Zendesk Admin Expert for a few years, she witnessed not only the flaws but the strengths of the platform, and client relationships. With that, she pursued her first partnership which would best boost and optimize the transition between the platform, the team, and the customer.

As someone who has done the groundwork and is also part of the small business pool, her unique and innovative point of view continue to build the company you see here today.
